Making a great coffee, there’s a bit to it. There are the beans, the roasting, the where it came from, the how it got here. And then there’s the milk, the milk alts, the temp, the just right.
But let’s not overcomplicate it.
We know that if we make a good one, you’re here for it. So, here’s how we’re doing it.
We’re serving three types of coffee.
Local. National. International.
Our local coffee is served on the Coffee Coffee blend by Redbrick Coffee.
Our national and international coffees are constantly rotating with new and exciting blends and single origins. Ask our friendly staff what we are currently brewing.
We’re big on making a small impact.
Our cups.
The lids are Certified to the Australian Standard for home composting. The cups are 100% plastic-free wrapped in FSC™ certified paper instead of traditional plastic sleeves.
Our takeaway packaging.
They’re made from rapidly renewable, responsibly sourced resources like bagasse, bioplastic and, FSC™ paperboard. Most of our disposable takeaway containers are compostable.
Bring your own.
Bring your own up and will fill it up with your usual. Even better.
